Dr. Xu has been engaged in clinical care, research and education of hematologic diseases for 30 years. He has focused on hematopoietic malignancies and hematopoietic stem cell transplantation in the past 20 years. As "2016 China Health Communication Ambassador ", he has presided over 3 provincial scientific research programs, participated in 5 and hosted 3. Dr. Xu is the winner of several provincial major awards for a couple of times. He is also the author of over 80 papers, including 16 papers in SCI, editor of two Monographs on Hematology and chief editor and deputy editor for another two works.
