Graduated from Shang Hai Jiao Tong University. Dr. Liao has served as the director of the emergency department of the First Affiliated Hospital, Sun Yat-sen University Since 1997 and built it into the National Key Clinical Specialty. Dr. Liao was a visiting scholar at St. George Hospital in 2001. In 2017, he joined the Seventh Affiliated Hospital, Sun Yat-sen university and later awarded as “National Leading Talent in Shenzhen”. Dr. Liao presided over two National Natural Science Foundation programs. He has published more than 250 academic papers, and has involved in the edition of many textbooks and academic journals.
