The hospital is appointment based. Patient can make appointment one week ahead of time.

Obtain medical ID card at Cashier/Automatic machine (ID card/Visa/Passport)
Register at specialty nursing station
Receiving consultation and complete payment inside the consultation room
Get drugs/treatment/injection/auxiliary examinations/obtaining drugs
Consultation completed

3.??? Payment and medical insurance
Open a patient ID card with Visa/passport and mobile phone on the automatic machine.
Please ensure the pre-deposit money in the Patient ID Card is enough for charge.
Money can be pre-deposited into Patient ID Card through WeChat pay, bank card and cash.
The pre-deposit money will be returned at any time to the original payment account.
Please contact your medical insurance company to check the co-pay policy.

Mobile phone recharger, lost and found, wheelchair, umbrella, reading glasses, needle box and drinking cups etc. are available at the patient service center.
