The division of Clinical Nutrition covers tasks like enteral and parenteral nutrition support, TCM diet, medical nutrition consultation, nutrition risk screening, nutrition status evaluation, nutrition intervention and guidance for clinical patients, and digestive simulation experiments, etc.

The division of Public Nutrition focuses on the building and demonstration of the experimental kitchen, culinary nutrition teaching, registered dietitian training, and promote educational information on nutrition for the public via mass media platforms.
The Department of Nutrition aims to build into a top-level discipline for demonstration in the region.
