  1. 腫瘤轉(zhuǎn)移與微環(huán)境調(diào)控

腫瘤轉(zhuǎn)移是一個(gè)復(fù)雜的多步驟過(guò)程:腫瘤細(xì)胞從原發(fā)灶中脫離,,通過(guò)血液循環(huán)抵達(dá)遠(yuǎn)端轉(zhuǎn)移器官,,定植存活并增殖,最終形成腫瘤轉(zhuǎn)移灶,。我們主要研究腫瘤細(xì)胞與原位微環(huán)境以及轉(zhuǎn)移靶器官微環(huán)境的相互作用機(jī)制,鑒定在腫瘤轉(zhuǎn)移進(jìn)程中發(fā)揮重要作用的細(xì)胞亞群和分子,,從而建立靶向腫瘤轉(zhuǎn)移(腫瘤-微環(huán)境互作)的治療策略(Nat Cell Biol, 2020; Signal Transduct Target Ther; 2021; Adv Sci, 2023),。

  1. 腫瘤耐藥與表觀(guān)遺傳調(diào)控

腫瘤細(xì)胞可塑性的轉(zhuǎn)錄/表觀(guān)遺傳調(diào)控已受到廣泛關(guān)注,我們主要研究在腫瘤增殖及耐藥過(guò)程中發(fā)揮關(guān)鍵作用的轉(zhuǎn)錄/表觀(guān)遺傳調(diào)控因子,,明確其在相關(guān)疾病進(jìn)展中的作用機(jī)制以及靶向價(jià)值(Sci Adv, 2023; Cancer Letters, 2024),。
