趙靜,同濟(jì)大學(xué),,法國里爾科技大學(xué)雙學(xué)士,,中國科學(xué)院大學(xué)博士?,F(xiàn)任中山大學(xué)附屬第七醫(yī)院特聘副研究員,,碩士生導(dǎo)師,,深圳市高層次專業(yè)人才。作為項目負(fù)責(zé)人先后承擔(dān)國家自然科學(xué)基金,,中國博士后科學(xué)基金,,廣東省自然科學(xué)基金,深圳市科創(chuàng)委基礎(chǔ)研究項目等,。主要研究成果發(fā)表在Advanced Science, Biomaterials,,Chemical Engineering Journal,ACS Appl. Mater. & Inter.等國際權(quán)威期刊上,。獲得國家發(fā)明專利授權(quán)8項,,PCT專利授權(quán)1項。主要研究方向包括:1.生物材料的構(gòu)建及其在惡性腫瘤治療中的應(yīng)用,;2.非病毒基因載體的構(gòu)建及其在腫瘤及血友病中的應(yīng)用,。

生物材料在藥物/基因遞送領(lǐng)域的研究。包括但不限于:基于離子干擾療法的生物材料制備及應(yīng)用,;腹腔內(nèi)表達(dá)CD3/EpCAM,CD3/her2, CD3/CMet抗體治療惡性腹水,、卵巢癌、結(jié)直腸癌的研究,;肌肉細(xì)胞表達(dá)CD3/CD19, CD3/CD20抗體治療惡性淋巴瘤的研究,;肌肉細(xì)胞表達(dá)人凝血因子對血友病的治療研究。?
