長(zhǎng)期從事骨科基礎(chǔ)與臨床、骨科生物材料的相關(guān)研究工作,。2016-2018年在瑞士AO國(guó)際骨科內(nèi)固定研究院從事骨科基礎(chǔ)研究2年,。作為課題負(fù)責(zé)人主持包括國(guó)家自然科學(xué)基金面上項(xiàng)目等骨科退變性疾病、骨修復(fù)材料相關(guān)課題14項(xiàng),,作為子課題負(fù)責(zé)人參與國(guó)家重點(diǎn)研發(fā)計(jì)劃1項(xiàng),,作為主要研究人員參與了973課題、國(guó)家自然科學(xué)基金重點(diǎn)項(xiàng)目等骨科基礎(chǔ)研究相關(guān)課題5項(xiàng),。在上述研究工作積累下,,在中山大學(xué)附屬第七醫(yī)院建立了完善的動(dòng)態(tài)力學(xué)培養(yǎng)系統(tǒng)、類器官骨修復(fù)材料制備平臺(tái),、單細(xì)胞測(cè)序與分析平臺(tái),;探索了應(yīng)激與穩(wěn)態(tài)維持相關(guān)基因調(diào)控骨形成的基因表達(dá)及其表觀遺傳學(xué)變化規(guī)律;提出以功能為導(dǎo)向的類器官骨修復(fù)材料的構(gòu)建,,并在此過(guò)程中發(fā)現(xiàn)動(dòng)態(tài)力學(xué)能調(diào)節(jié)其免疫微環(huán)境,。發(fā)表論文近54篇,SCI收錄43篇,,第一作者或通訊作者27篇,。
