長期從事骨科基礎(chǔ)與臨床,、骨科生物材料的相關(guān)研究工作,。2016-2018年在瑞士AO國際骨科內(nèi)固定研究院從事骨科基礎(chǔ)研究2年。作為課題負(fù)責(zé)人主持包括國家自然科學(xué)基金區(qū)域聯(lián)合重點(diǎn)項(xiàng)目等骨科退變性疾病,、骨修復(fù)材料相關(guān)課題17項(xiàng),,作為子課題負(fù)責(zé)人參與國家重點(diǎn)研發(fā)計劃1項(xiàng),作為主要研究人員參與了973課題,、國家自然科學(xué)基金重點(diǎn)項(xiàng)目等骨科基礎(chǔ)研究相關(guān)課題5項(xiàng),。尤其是作為課題負(fù)責(zé)人的骨科修復(fù)材料動態(tài)力學(xué)培養(yǎng)方向于 2023年獲得瑞士A0 foundation約380萬人民幣的科研資助。
在上述研究工作積累下,,在中山大學(xué)附屬第七醫(yī)院,、廣東省骨科學(xué)重點(diǎn)實(shí)驗(yàn)室建立了完善的動態(tài)力學(xué)培養(yǎng)系統(tǒng)、類器官制備平臺,、單細(xì)胞測序與分析平臺,;探索了應(yīng)激與穩(wěn)態(tài)維持相關(guān)基因調(diào)控骨形成的基因表達(dá)及其表觀遺傳學(xué)變化規(guī)律,;提出以功能為導(dǎo)向的類器官的構(gòu)建,并在此過程中發(fā)現(xiàn)動態(tài)力學(xué)能調(diào)節(jié)其免疫微環(huán)境,。發(fā)表SCI論文70余篇,,第一作者或通訊作者51篇。申請國家發(fā)明專利6項(xiàng),,公開5項(xiàng),,授權(quán)2項(xiàng)。主導(dǎo)完成Ⅱ類醫(yī)療器械注冊成功4項(xiàng),。擔(dān)任國際華人骨研協(xié)會(ICMRS)終身會員,,中國醫(yī)師協(xié)會骨科醫(yī)師分會骨科基礎(chǔ)工作委員會委員,SICOT中國部骨科基礎(chǔ)學(xué)會第一屆委員會委員,,中國生理學(xué)會基質(zhì)生物學(xué)分會青年學(xué)組委員,,中國生物材料學(xué)會醫(yī)用金屬材料分會青年工作委員會委員
