????? 現(xiàn)任中山大學(xué)附屬第七醫(yī)院副研究員,碩士生導(dǎo)師。于2017年獲得香港大學(xué)生物信息學(xué)/遺傳學(xué)博士,,并于2017-2021年在哈佛醫(yī)學(xué)院附屬Brigham and Women’s Hospital 從事博士后研究工作, 2021年3月加入中山大學(xué)附屬第七醫(yī)院科研中心任職,。目前主要研究方向包括:1.非編碼RNA對(duì)藥物治療效果的影響及預(yù)測(cè),。2.下一代測(cè)序數(shù)據(jù)分析及其算法與工具的設(shè)計(jì)開(kāi)發(fā),。3.機(jī)器學(xué)習(xí)與多組學(xué)臨床數(shù)據(jù)的應(yīng)用分析,。共發(fā)表SCI論文16篇,,以(共同)第一作者及通訊作者發(fā)表論文5篇,,主要發(fā)表在American Journal of Respiratory and Critical Care Medicine, Journal of Allergy and Clinical Immunology, Nucleic Acids Research, Bioinformatics等雜志上。擔(dān)任Bioinformatics, PLOS Computational Biology, BMC Genomics, Current Bioinformatics等雜志審稿人,。
